Open reception 24 hours a day and seven days a week to satisfy our clients needs.

 COVID Disinfection

Before cleaning the apartment, we carry out an exhaustive nebulization with homologated virucides.

 Cleaning

Once the desinfection is finished, after each visit's check out, we will proceed to clean the apartment.

 Tourist information

In our reception you will find all the information about the area for enjoying your holidays (restaurants, shops, excursions, maps, etc).

 Leisure Parks tickets

In our reception you can buy tickets for the main leisure parks in the area: Port Aventura World and Ferrari Land, Aquopolis, Aquum Spa, Karting Salou,  and Bosc Aventura.

 Early Check-In

If you need to arrive earlier, we facilitate an Early Check-In service (upon availability).

 Late Check-Out

If you'd like to stay longer, we offer  late check out service (upon availability)

 Extra equipment

In the reception, you can rent extra home appliances thay you may need during your stay, such as: Hair dryer, hair iron, kettle, iron, safe, and many more...

 Extra cleaning service

You can ask in the reception for an extra cleaning service, and we will change towells, bed sheets, and clean the appartment, leaving it fresh with the beds made.

 Left luggage

All the receptions have a space for Left luggage. (temporarily suspended due to sanitay reasons).

 Fridge filled

For your comfort, we also offer the "Fridge filled" service. You can ask us to prepare your fridge with fresh beverages and basic food before your arrival.

 Catering

You can also ask for cooked meals without leaving your appartment. At reception we will give you all the information.
